Guido Tripaldi has developed of Neurostat Project. Was the President of Voipex, the Italian Consortium for Open IP Communications and IP Interoperability and Quality Certification. He works in ITC sector since 1985, founder in 1992 of Eurocube Research Srl, a company that design Wan networks, develope TCP/IP stacks and has run one of the first Internet network in Italy. In 1994 he joined the startup of the I.NET SpA, one of the best appreciated Italian ISP for corporate customers, gone IPO in 2000 and now part of BT Plc. Since 2003 he is a consultant and board member of AIIP,the Italian ISP Association, doing analisys on market competition, technology evolution and regulatory proposals. His expertise in market matters derives also as being a partner since 1987 of SWG, a demoscopic institute specialized in Market and Politic analisys. Professor at Milan University Politecnico, was one of the founder of Equiliber.org, a no profit technology divulgation organization with regular conference and publication activity.
